We own the IPR to a large number of the games on ZenGgames' sites and for some games requested and obtained licenses from the copyright holders known to us. For some games, we could not find any copyright information or, due to general use on the internet, this information can no longer be obtained.

Some games may be used under special conditions taking into account a number of prerequisite constraints. As far as we could determine, such prerequisite constraints are met by ZenGgames.

Nothing in the source code of the games gets changed. For instance, credit holders, brand names, or references to websites would remain the same. In case any of your copyright or other IPR that you may have could be infringed by/on ZenGgames sites, please inform us immediately and thus give us the following:

i) The electronic or physical signature of the owner of the IPR or the person authorized to act on the owner's behalf;

ii) A description of the IP Right that has been infringed, and a description of the infringing activity;

iii) The place where the infringing copy of the copyrighted work is located (such as the web address of the ZenGgames website where it is published, or the title of the book where it has appeared, or, if it is a registered trademark, a portion of such register showing the registration);

iv) A copy of a license in which you are granted the right to use and to protect such IPR (if you are not the owner of the IPR);nv) The identification of the URL or other specific location on this site where the material that you claim is infringing is located; this information must be specific enough to enable us to locate such material;

vi) Your name and full contact details;

vii) a statement by you that you have a genuine and honest belief that the alleged use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
